Ya no hay jueves con Guille, pero antes de llegar la crisis hicimos estos vasitos que copié de Chus Nenalinda. Fáciles, con sabor a infancia y muy vistosos.
Volverán los jueves, las semanas y los meses. Es mi deseo y creo que será así.
INGREDIENTES:
150 grs. de galletas María
100 grs. de azúcar
30 grs. de caramelo líquido
1 litro de leche entera
1 sobre de cuajada
PREPARACIÓN:
Trituramos las galletas y guardamos unas cuantas trituradas para decorar.
En la batidora, thermomix o vaso batidor mezclamos todos los ingredientes, guardamos un poquito de leche para disolver el polvo de la cuajada.
Ponemos todos los ingredientes al fuego para que hiervan. Retiramos y rellenamos unos vasitos.
Dejamos enfriar y metemos al frigo durante unas horas.
Cubrimos con las galletas trituradas que habíamos guardado.
Servimos

Seguro que Guille aún recuerda los vasitos porque con esa pinta han de estar muy ricos, un punto y final dulce para una comida o para la merienda.

ResponderEliminarHola Pilar. No cabe duda de que volverán los jueves, los sábados y los domingos aunque no sabemos cuando. Esta situación nos ha influido y afectado mucho y habrá que ir con mucho tacto en el día a día.
